Attendees person session
Miniumum 10 to a maximum of 16. This allows for both effective group participation where everyone can contribute without being lost in numbers. This is a highly interactive days where participants are encouraged to get involved and can't hide behind a big group.
Virtual vs In Person Sessions
You will get the maximum ROI for in person facilitation because people are not dustracted, they won't get screen fatigue and discussion is richer when people connect in person.
However, we recognise that teams are global and hybrid working is a normal and essential workplace practice, so these sessions can be facilitated virtually and they are run differently with more breaks.

Timings of the day
In Person - 10am to 4pm with two small breaks and a 45 minute lunch break
Virtual - 9:30am - 4:30pm with four to five small breaks and a 45 minute lunch break
What is included as part of the package
- 60 minute design call where I will better understand your business, where the challenges are and the context.
- Workshop will be tailored to include an articulation of your stratgey and "why" upfront and designed in line with your branding so it feels customised to you.
- Delivery of the in-person or virtual session
- Feedback gathering from attendees and an antendee version of the slides to be distributed afterwards.
Investment
Day 1 can be purchased independantly but attendees will get the full benefit if participating in both days. Day 2 cannot be delivered independently as leading others starts with how you lead yourself.
The days do not need to be delivered consecutively as we appreciate taking two days out of a week can be challenging but we recommend that both sessions are held within a month period.

Effective workshops have two components: the content and the facilitation. In order for great content to shine you need to have someone who can read, energise, empathise and constructively challenge the audience. This is my superpower.
I am an experienced facilitator having designed and led workshops with c-suite and beyond for large organisations across the private and public sector. I know how to get people engaged and energised and how to deliver sessions with the right pace and level of content to get to the intended outcome. It's a big deal to take leaders out of their BAU for a day to focus on learning. A lot of people often feel apprehensive, stressed and disengaged at the start. That's where my workshops are different. They aren't just interactive and informative, they are also fun (yes I used the "f" word). In my experience when people are enjoying themselves and there is an element of humour, employees feel more connected, engaged and bought into the content. I am highly responsive to the audience as a facilitator. I know how to read the room and adjust content and agendas on the fly so that the group get the most out of the content.
