Heya, nice to meet you! I am a qualified coach, experienced consultant and founder of think BOLD careers.
I have 9+ years of experience working with C-Suite leaders to define employee experience strategy, build high-performing teams and support organisations through times of turbulent change.
​
I have also worked across the public and private sector with billion and million-pound companies as well as significant experience within the startup sector working for brands such as Notonthehighstreet.com. ​
My mission is to help value-led professionals lean into their strengths, build self-belief and develop essential skills to navigate change with confidence and go after a career that makes them proud.
(Whilst also taking accountability for the growth of their career and not sacrificing their values in the process.)

I am also a mother of a pre-schooler, part of the LGBTQ+ community and mixed-race so an advocate for bringing your full self to work to succeed authentically and empathetically.

Same as the above but on a 1:1 basis for professionals who are struggling with their confidence, ownership and personal brand in the organisation and so would benefit from heavily personalised and confidential 1:1 coaching.

The purpose of the 1:1 programme is to:

the think BOLD career design framework
This framework was created by me off the back of 9+ years working as a consultant in the employee experience & leadership space plus my experience as a qualified career coach.
The same challenges kept emerging which stopped leaders (managers through to C -Suite exec) from making brave career moves, showing up authentically, building gravitas at work and integrating work with their life and values.

The impact: lost confidence, frustration, poor leadership behaviours, deteriorating personal relationships, stressed family life and a negative hit on mental health.

The result: Increased attrition in the workplace,"quiet quitting", burnout and clients feeling like a shadow of the person they really want to be
